ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Invitation to all members and their friends

We are going West to hold The Tree Council’s Annual General Meeting in the Sunnyvale Community Hall in Sunnyside Road, Sunnyvale, near the corner of Sunnyside and Seymour Roads, just west of the Waikumete Cemetery.

We will be discussing the proposed new constitution so please be prepared for that.

If coming from the city on Great North Road turn left into Awaroa Road then left into Sunhill Road and then second road on right being Sunnyside Road. If coming from the city on West Coast Road turn right into Parrs Cross Road then first right into Seymour Road up to the roundabout where Sunnyside Road is on the right. We will have The Tree Council signs out near the hall.

When the business of The Tree Council’s Annual General Meeting is over we will have afternoon tea before joining Mike for our-

SPRING WALK

starting about 3.30pm and led by

Mike Wilcox,

Botanist,

to the nearby

Waikumete Cemetery

There are lots of interesting trees within the boundaries of the cemetery, so come and join us in a walk of discovery with Mike to find those treasures.
